Our role

Speedy Car Logistics Indianapolis operates as a vehicle shipping agent. We coordinate transport between customers and licensed, insured motor carriers. Carriers are independent contractors responsible for the physical transport of vehicles.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and current market conditions. Material changes, such as a vehicle that does not run, added modifications, inaccurate dimensions, or an inaccessible address, may change the final price. Any change is communicated before work proceeds.

Cancellation

You may cancel at no charge before a carrier is assigned and dispatched. After dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply to cover carrier costs.

Vehicle condition and inspection

Vehicles must be in the condition described at booking. The bill of lading signed at pickup and delivery is the controlling record of condition. Claims must be noted on the delivery inspection before the driver departs.

Personal property

Personal items left in a vehicle travel at the owner's risk and are not covered by carrier cargo insurance.

Delivery timing

Pickup and delivery windows are good-faith estimates. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues and federal hours-of-service rules may affect schedules, and we are not liable for consequential losses arising from delays.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide. Cargo claims are handled through the assigned carrier's insurance.
